Tools of the Trade - Part 2
by Wendy Fitos

TWEEZERS AND ACCESSORIES

*Non-latex sponges can be found at Marc's and CVS. Non-latex sponges cause less irritation to the face and soak up less makeup when it is being applied. Sponges can also be used to apply crème blush to the apples of the cheeks.

*The Eyelash Curler-Many brands make great eyelash curlers and do not have to cost a fortune. Eyelash Curlers CAN be used before or after mascara without tearing out the lashes by using a light pressure when squeezing. Believe me, I speak from experience.

For those of you like myself who are a bit shy of the typical curler biting the skin of our lids, I found a great plunger like eyelash curler that is all plastic and very comfortable to work with. The brand name is Lady Wink and it can be found online at www.cinemasecrets.com.

*Sally's Beauty Supply is the Mecca of Tweezerman Tweezers that I truly believe are the best in the industry as they have a lifetime sharpening guarantee and several shapes. Slant tip tweezers are the best for tweezing the eyebrow as the eyebrows grown on an angle and can be pulled gently without leaving marks on the skin.

I would love to hear about some of your favorite beauty buys and where you found them. Please email me at MkeupJunki@aol.com anytime-you can also let me know how I should use the remaining 290 makeup brushes I have in the drawer.
