Cleveland Woman Jacki in the spotlight

Bravo revealed the 14 beautiful and talented men and women chosen for the new reality competition series "Make Me A Supermodel." In a first for the network, the 14 finalists will compete every week and in a public vote, America will decide which models will remain to vie for the $100,000 prize and a modeling contract with New York Model Management.

ClevelandWomen.Com will be following (and cheering on!) the efforts of Clevelander Jacki Hydock.

The winning male or female model will also be featured in a fashion pictorial in GQ, the leading men's general-interest magazine published by Condé Nast Publications. Based on the successful UK series, "Make Me A Supermodel" is hosted by supermodels Tyson Beckford and Niki Taylor and will premiere on Bravo, Thursday, January 10, 2008 at 10 PM ET/PT.

Jennifer Starr, the most prominent print fashion casting director in the country, and Cory Bautista, Agency Director of New York Model Management, will serve along with Beckford and Taylor as judges for the series.

21 year old Jacki is a part time cocktail waitress and aspiring model who lives with her mother. She dreams of making it in the modeling industry and is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve that goal.

She describes herself as independent, ambitious and strong willed. Committed to animal rights, Jacki spends her spare time volunteering at an animal shelter.

An avid sports fan, she loves to watch basketball and football and used to play volleyball and basketball.

During the run of the series, Bravo viewers will vote each week to determine who stays to walk the "Supermodel" catwalk again and who goes home. Viewers will be able to vote to save their favorite model by phone, text message or online at www.BravoTV.com.

Over a 12-week period, 14 hopefuls will live together in New York City and explore friendships, romance and naked ambition while undergoing a series of creative challenges designed to test their professional modeling potential. This series will explore what it takes to turn the exceptionally good-looking into the king or queen of the catwalk.
