Kenny Vance & The Planotones
Mr. Santa
Win this Doo Wop Christmas CD

As soon as Thanksgiving arrived, the Christmas music began playing. The music is a fun and uplifting experience but countless repetitions of the same traditional songs can get boring.

There is nothing traditional, or boring, about the Christmas tunes on Mr. Santa by Kenny Vance & The Planotones.

Oh sure, you'll recognize some of the titles like "Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer" and "What Are You Doing New Years Eve?" but these aren't the same old arrangements.

The entire CD of 14 cuts is sung circa 1955 in doo-wop style. Harmonies are tight and the sounds are true rock and roll.

Some of the songs like "Please Come Home for Christmas" will have you swaying in your seat and feeling the singer's Christmas angst at the same time.

My favorites are Doo Wop Christmas and Run Run Rudolph. Just try to keep your foot from tapping.

Remember when? This CD will bring those memories back in instant - all with a Christmas feeling.

If you are looking for good music, great beats and a special type of Christmas music give Kenny Vance a chance - you can't go wrong.
