A. The best way to remove eye makeup is with an eye makeup remover that is preferably oil free and to apply an eye cream immediately afterword to keep the eyes moist.

For many women, oil around the eyes can cause irritation or puffiness. When removing eye makeup take a couple of cotton pads that have been dipped with your remover, remove eyeshadow and then sweep the pads down the lashes softly stroking back and forth to loosen and remove mascara.

This allows you to take away product without tugging at the eye.
