Introduction & Welcome

I was asked by Dan Hanson to consider launching a safe place where women could ask provocative and challenging questions and find meaningful answers to their personal and professional concerns.

Often we find that businessmen have many social opportunities for shared learning that are unavailable to women who simply don't play golf or frequent country clubs or bars.

Women need a direct channel for their shared experiential learning that will empower them to make informed choices about their personal needs and professional strategy and direction.

We are very hopeful that this channel for online dialogue will insure that women are indeed empowered with input that will enable successful management of both their personal and professional lives.
